Our History
Lyden, Chappell & Dewhirst, Ltd. is a business-minded law firm based in Lambertville, Michigan, serving clients primarily throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Originally founded in 1998, the firm is currently composed of seven attorneys licensed in Ohio and Michigan with a broad range of legal experiences and backgrounds. Many of our attorneys developed their practices in larger law firms prior to entering the firm, which affords our clients big firm legal experience through a congenial small firm environment.
The firm represents a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, business entities, and not-for-profit organizations. Our primary concern is achieving the best results for our clients’ particular matters while maintaining the highest ethical integrity. Our attorneys often work together on complex cases to maximize our resources to provide effective and efficient results. The firm continues to grow each year but has maintained the small firm atmosphere that it was founded upon.
